The team conducted an educational field trip to Delta Discovery Park. They wanted to explore, conquer and experience, adventure at its finest. Delta Discovery Park is known for its prestigious 1.3 kilometer zipline: “The Longest Zipline in Asia.”
The team wrote a letter to Ma'am Daisy Plaza, the owner of Delta Discovery Park informing her of their stay in Delta Discovery Park and at the same time, they wrote if they could avail of discounts.
The team also conducted “Ukayan sa Eskwelahan: for a Cause”. The proceeds will be used by the team for the whole duration of the contest.
They had their field trip for two days and to maximize the time, they divided themselves to perform each task given to them.
Their objectives are the following:
1. To know what lies beneath the idea of constructing this eco- friendly park.
2. To get specific information on what makes it unique from all other parks.
3. To know how it maximizes our leisure time.
4. To witness the 1.3 zipline: The longest zipline in Asia, and to know how people feel about the ride. (as well as the other rides.)
5. To recognize what the staff is doing to ensure the safety of the riders.
With the help of computer programs, the team showcased their creativity through videos, photos, songs, and through their blog site.
Through the use of Adobe Photoshop 7.0, Picnik, Picasa, Photoscape, Microsoft Paint 2007 and SumoPaint, the team enhanced the photos and created the background and the header.
Cyberlink PowerDirector 10 was used to make the videos that would surely catch the eye.
